Higher Expectations In-Home Care is a division of Higher Expectations Products and Consumer Services, Inc.  Higher Expectations In-Home Care was established to help meet client need for personal care services.  Our goal is to provide exceptional service that not only exceed client expectations but leaves our clients experiencing a better quality of life.  

Since its inception, Higher Expectations In-Home Care has grown significantly. Our caregivers are experienced, well-educated, and committed to ensuring a high-quality of life for all of our cherished clients. All of our staff must pass a rigorous background check before joining the Higher Expectations In-Home Care team.

Jackie D. Cooper

Jackie is the owner of Higher Expectations Products and Consumer Services, Inc.  She founded the company in 2006 with a vision of creating a compassionate company that would treat people with respect, dignity, and first-rate service. "I love striving to give above what is expected. I believe this supports growth and allows our clients to have dignity and comfort with our services."

Jackie enjoys fishing in her spare time. She is the Director of Usher Services at her local church.
